- All Beauty by Joulexa Gift Vouchers expire 3 years (36 months) after the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers for Special Offers and Promotional Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
- Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
- If a client does not attend a booked Gift Voucher treatment, the voucher will be fully redeemed.
- Gift Vouchers may be purchased for specific treatments, spa packages, or as a cash value to be applied toward any service. If you have concerns or wish to select a different treatment, we are happy to exchange your voucher for one of equal value.

- Find and book an appointment.
- During booking, tap Edit next to the Payment method.
- Select Add a gift card and enter the code.
- Tap Confirm.
